  • From the M5 motorway 
    Your SatNav will get you close but might then send into the old quarry. These simple instructions are more reliable: 

    From M5 junction 27, take the A38 towards Wellington. After the Waterloo Cross roundabout, Clay Lane is the first road on the right, signposted Hillhead Quarry, which will close in 2028. Hillhead Farm is at the top of the incline on the right, 800 metres off the A38, after the tunnel of trees. 

    From Tiverton Parkway train station 

    We are six to eight minutes from Tiverton Parkway mainline station, which receives over 20 direct trains a day from London Paddington and Bristol Temple Meads, 15 from Birmingham New Street, and up to 9 from York, Newcastle and Edinburgh Waverley. You can arrange your own taxi in advance via a local company in Uffculme, or Tiverton, or if you book direct through this website, we may be able to arrange pick up and drop off. 

    Parking

    We have free off-road parking on our drive and in front of the barn on Clay Lane. There is little or no traffic at night and the area is safe.
